image Let me start by saying my experience in store was okay when I initially purchased our furniture in late 2013. Service wasn't great but its what I expected from a store such as this in the area.
Now for the horrible. Not even 2 years after purchasing our items I noticed items "wearing out" and some minor stains from use. The recliner was loose feeling and the cushions were wearing out. So I decided to use the warranty. I called in a service request for the repairs and cleaning. That's when it got worse.
Would I recommend?
Local Scottsdale resident order Livingroom furniture from Room Store in March 22nd after 3 weeks I was told by Sales rep and Store Mgr Bob furniture would arrive. 3 weeks past getting excuses of delay in furniture at warehouse now in April same excuse, finally late April my sale rep just left the store and my paperwork. Bob assure me along with the store manager their we are going to fix the bad mix up in Sku numbers to your order along with the wrong color and fabric. NOW it june 15 no furniture
