I ordered them very last minute but everything worked out well. Good prices compared to the other party rental services, the staff is friendly and efficient. They even came and brought extra stuff we ordered at last minute. So far the service has been very pleasant and efficient.
But they can not pinpoint a 4 hour window when they may arrive to set up. When you are planning a large party, that’s not exactly a timetable that works.
I would think by the day before, you could pinpoint either morning or afternoon for a delivery schedule. Their team came out installed a tent and delivered tables and chairs safely and efficiently. Costs were always clear and the set up and take down were seamless.
I personally recommend them to family and friends often.

In the planning stages of the event the staff was accommodating and knowledgeable when it came to sizes and needs to make our celebration successful. The men who set up and took down the tent were efficient and respectful. The tent, tables and chairs were all in great condition and clean. The tent looked beautiful and provided a cool, nicely shaded area for our guest to eat. They also had excellent customer service.
We had the ceremony as well as dinner outside. Were rented the tent, chairs and the arch for the ceremony. He was very patient and helpful with our many questions. Everyone is so personable and just amazing to work with!

The weather turned cold and rainy and the staff came 3 times to set up additional tents and tunnels to create a beautiful and dry setting.

This week marks my fortieth anniversary in party rentals. The event catered to newly engaged couples and their guests. The team created wedding “scenes” like a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, throughout the two-story space.
The stylish event featured our new bike cart, which was used to serve beverages, along with other rentals. Our hammered chafers were used to serve dinner. Ask us about renting vintage tea sets for your next event!
Nothing is more decadent than wiling away the afternoon on a comfy couch, sipping tea (and champagne) and eating way too much clotted cream. There is a sense of occasion when drinking from a china teacup as opposed to a clunky mug and one impulse buy led to many more.
I have been to a bachelorette party where we learned how to make tea-inspired cocktails and sipped them from teacups. It added a layer of both kitch and elegance to our boozy night.
I indulge in high tea, my go-to will always be plain scones with clotted cream and jam–extra clotted cream!
We have 6ft by 3ft hedges, 3ft by 4ft hedges, 8ft by 3ft hedges in planters, and hedge bars (with black and white tops). Please note: white top hedge bar is one piece and is intended for ground level delivery. Our farmhouse tables are perfect for big groups. Why not take the “what to eat” decision off your guests’ plate (pun intended!) by offering tasting dishes instead of large courses. We’ve seen our caterers and party planners get creative with this trend by serving soups shots, mini salads, petite savory brûlées, and more. And don’t forget: ramekins, shot glasses, and stemless glasses make great vessels for tasting dishes too!

I find women are generally more aware of the details, sensitive to the big picture, naturally multitask, and pitch in to get the job done. She immediately understood the event’s message and meaning.
We were honored to donate rentals for this important organization’s event. But wait, you ask, what is acacia wood anyway?
We had noticed acacia wood floors popping up in home decor magazines, and had seen the wood used in kitchen products like bowls and cutting boards.
We knew the wood was sustainable and renewable but wanted to know more. Acacia is an incredible light-weight but strong and hard wood, making it perfect for kitchen, cooking, and serving items. Add the bacon and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until the bacon is lightly browned. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon to a large plate. Sear the beef in the hot oil, in a single layer for 3 to 5 minutes, turning to brown on all sides. Remove the seared cubes to the plate with the bacon and continue searing until all the beef is browned. Add the carrots, and onions, 1 tablespoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of pepper in the fat in the pan and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, until the onions are lightly browned. Put the meat and bacon back into the pot with the juices. Add the bottle of wine plus enough beef broth to almost cover the meat. Bring to a simmer, cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid and place it in the oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until the meat and vegetables are very tender when pierced with a fork. Combine 2 tablespoons of butter and the flour with a fork and stir into the stew. Sauté the mushrooms in 2 tablespoons of butter for 10 minutes until lightly browned and then add to the stew. Bring the stew to a boil on top of the stove, then lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

We have reconnected with clients our staff has known for years and established new relationships with colleagues, all while maintaining our goal of sourcing unique items delivered with an emphasis on service. We’re so proud of the attention our new company has received. Our rentals had some time in the spotlight too. This wood is then re-fashioned by artisans to make our trivets, cutting boards, and other wood pieces. In addition to the salvaged beams, bricks, windows, and other architectural elements that we deem usable are also repurposed to create new products for today’s lifestyle. The owner is a very hospitable man and after a lengthy conversation and several bottles of wine, he brought us a tray filled with his best olives. When we had eaten all the olives, which were the best we’d ever had, the owner insisted that we keep the tray as a gift.
Because the tray holds such fond memories for us, we wanted to recreate it and share it with others. To return the favor, we sent the owner our version of the tray, which he now uses in his restaurant!
Mango trees can grow over 100 feet tall and do so relatively quickly, usually within 15 years. When a mango tree reaches its full size it stops or slows production of fruit. Historically full-grown mango trees were cut down and discarded, but due to the popularity of mango wood products, these trees now have a new purpose. They will work with a small roster of clients, including caterers and party planners, and will focus on sourcing hard-to-find items delivered with an emphasis on service and reliability. He was interested in combining high-quality service with uncommon products on a small, individualized scale. The company sources hard-to-find items and makes and refurbish many of their products in their warehouse. Good to their clients (and their clients) good to our employees, and they’d like to be able to give some good back to the world, too. What is it about wine barrels that make them such lovely statement piece at parties?
Is it the essence of the delicious vintages that have developed inside them?
At parties, they’re great surfaces for drinks and appetizers.
Rustic Weddings Rentals
Here are a few ideas to get you inspired. Often champagne was poured over these coupe towers to fill the glasses. Flash-forward to modern day, and it’s the champagne flute, not the coupe, that’s the toast of today’s soiree. Some say it’s better at keeping dry champagnes fizzy. These narrow glasses are seen at events large and small. The 1920s and 30s-based sets prominently feature coupes at grand affairs, and we couldn’t be more excited that these glasses are now popping up at contemporary celebrations. We’ve even seen coffee served in a coupe. Transporting plants, heaving loads of produce, and other tough tasks were what this cloth was born to do. But burlap has come a long way from the barnyard. Soft weaves (faux burlap), bright colors, and creative new uses for the fabric are popping up at affairs of all sorts, from the down-home to the down right elegant. There is so much to think about, from colors and typeface to photos and illustrations.

From humble beginnings can come conversation starters and hours of amusement for your event guests. The chair is surprisingly comfortable–ergonomical even–and it allows guests to sway 360 degrees without falling over. Crush the large sprig of rosemary in your hand and add to the shaker.

Every bar needs a little glam – like this one that showcased our etched and gold antique glassware. Vintage glass doorknobs also served as stands for the escort cards.
We can’t wait to see what lovely items she will get to display in the upcoming years. Maxine is 60” long, 22” wide and 39” high.

Since he’s been with us, our warehouse is spic and span and our deliveries run smoother than a stick of butter.
When this jokester’s not on clock, he loves to hit the golf course with his wife, spend quality time with his grandchildren, and grill up a fancy feast. He’s also the best furniture tetris player we know. After retiring from warehouse management at a paper company, he has been helping us organize and manage all of our smalls and tabletop pieces. If you want to make his day, a piece of chocolate cake will suffice. And oddly, this coffee lover extraordinaire never goes without his caffeinated cup right before bedtime. If you are lucky to have her as your stylist, you not only will be able to relax knowing that everything is going to look amazing, but you will have made a new friend. Alyssa is truly a jack of all trades but shines in her ability to connect with others and make friends wherever she goes. She is known around the office for her movie trivia knowledge, being able to pin almost any song to its scene in a movie.
