The Lexington NYC - New York, NY, United States. Standard King Room (18th Floor)Our family was waiting for our friends, who were staying at this hotel.
The four star rating is exclusively for the luxurious lobby, mezzanine and clean restrooms with a changing table for babies. The lobby and mezzanine had a lot of comfortable chairs and sofas. The decoration was tasteful. The Christmas tree in the lobby was pretty.

Our standard room was tiny, even by NYC standards, but comfortable. Nice bed.
The disappointment came when we checked it. The process was a rushed business transaction. There was no welcome. There was no warmth. We were given our room key.

This is the worst "luxury" hotel in the world. Tiny rooms, no room service, fridge, minibar, cups, anything. Holiday Inns are better. Stay away unless u want to have to order pizza delivery and eat on your bed with plastic plates. That’s what the overnight manager on 12/6/15 told me to do. Incredible.
C’mon people. Room service is hotel 101.
